Boannons.se is a free property marketplace in Sweden. Sell, let or swap a home yourself without an estate agent's fee.

Is it really free to advertise on Boannons.se?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Listings are free for private people and companies, whether you are selling, letting or looking for a home swap. The listing stays up until the home is sold or let.

Can I sell my home without an estate agent?

What kinds of homes can I list?

Accepted Answer

Flats, houses, terraced houses, farms, cottages, mountain cabins, summer houses, plots and commercial property — for sale or to let. You can also list nightly lets, short stays, sublets, company housing, flat swaps and home swaps. A coming-soon listing can show the home before it goes fully live.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Long lets, sublets, short stays, nightly lets, mountain cabins and summer houses are free to list, for private people and companies.

Yes. Boannons.se has categories for mountain cabins, summer houses and nightly lets. Choose the season and the type of let when you create the listing.

Question 7

Can a company list corporate housing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Companies can list corporate housing, short stays and staff homes for free. A company account keeps several listings together.

Question 8

Do you offer flat swaps?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Flat swaps, including a rental flat for another rental flat, sit in the home-swap category. You can propose a swap of a rented flat, a tenant-owned apartment or another home. It is free to list.

Question 9

Can I post a “looking to rent” listing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The “looking to rent” category is for people who need a home. Describe the area, size, budget and dates, and landlords with a match can contact you. It is free.

Question 10

Can I list a home as coming soon?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose the coming-soon mode and the home is shown as advance information before it is published as fully active. Searchers can filter for coming-soon homes.
